Heat Loss Tabulation Forms
Manufacturers of heating equipment will often provide heat loss tabulation forms and instructions for their use. Lists of the most commonly used U-values (or factors) are included with the forms. Figures 4-4 and 4-5 show examples of these forms and instructions obtained from Amana Refrigeration, Inc.
