Sunburn

If you are subject to sunburn, eat a high beta-carotene diet.  Vitamins E and C help to prevent sunburn, which can lead to Skin Cancer.

Collagen and Skin – Take vitamin C to fight Collagen and to help keep your skin

looking fresh and young instead of dry and saggy.  Take Niacin for nice skin, and vitamin A for added protection, trim the fat to help prevent skin cancer and beta carotene beats harmful sun rays that harm the skin.

Tumors

Applying poultices of Comfrey to tumors (such as tumors in the nose and mouth) has been known to make the swelling and the tumor, gradually disappear, but you should seek immediate medical care first; self-treatment is not recommended unless your doctor approves.

Note:  Both green and black teas have proven health benefits. Green tea is clearly the healthier choice.  In Japan, where green tea is a part of a typical daily diet, they have twice the smoking rate of the U.S., but only half the rate of lung cancer.  Green tea and tea extract contain strong antioxidants that can help stop the formation and development of some tumors.
