looking fresh and young instead of dry and saggy. Take Niacin for nice skin, and vitamin A for added protection, trim the fat to help prevent skin cancer and beta carotene beats harmful sun rays that harm the skin.
Tumors
Applying poultices of Comfrey to tumors (such as tumors in the nose and mouth) has been known to make the swelling and the tumor, gradually disappear, but you should seek immediate medical care first; self-treatment is not recommended unless your doctor approves.
Note: Both green and black teas have proven health benefits. Green tea is clearly the healthier choice. Green tea and tea extract contain strong antioxidants that can help stop the formation and development of some tumors.
